I feel this is more complex - where this might be true - it leaves almost no room for any other situation. And it also indicates that if one has secure attachments style - the moment one realizes that their loved one is neurodivergent they should run perpetuating the suffering of the already afflicted - almost doubling down on this idea that they are somehow less, not enough , hard to love - other wise they themselves have issues. I feel this analysis where it might be honest is not compassionate or hopeful and one has to ask is this always the case - towards the bottom there is a reference to extreme cases. But given our inability to independently research, evaluate and discern - voices which hold credibility are immediately considered factual. Just my two cents.
