It is a practice, I do all of these. Perhaps equally important is the mindset and realization of why you are doing it. Gratitude for all you have especially the little things, living in the moment, setting challenging goals, finding your worth in yourself instead of external validations, reducing your footprint for the environment and for letting go of things which seems like an asset but are in fact liabilities, as they hold you back from living in the moment and being present to make the decisions and just living.
